Jamie Middlebrooks

Jamie completed the PTA program at Wallace State in 2010. She is a 2008 graduate of Sand Rock High School. She has worked PRN for Rehab Partners since 2010 and began working in Centre 3 days per week after the birth of her son in 2019.
Jamie lives in Leesburg with her husband Eric, son Ty, and furbaby Cash.
